So happy to have received my heart space tracker before mother's day. I've been using mine each morning and have been feeling lighter, happier and less stressed. The app is great to keep you accountable and to assist with the breathwork techniques! Recommend for all!
You can see the little red dot show up on the screen as you feel the thud of each heartbeat. I have tried using my garmin watch in the past, then my garmin chest strap, but nothing gives the same detail on your heart rate variability like this monitor and the app.

As a functional breathing coach I was happy with the function of your device and likes how I can track the heart rate and HRV.
However, from a practitioners point of view, if you have a client who bought your device who has a dysfunctional breathing pattern and was over breathing beyond the normal amount, then slowing the breath with out the appropriate training could bring feelings of suffocation, air hunger and panic/anxiety. This could work against you as the motivation to continue the use could diminish.
If you would like more information about functional breath retraining I will be happy to share this with you. This may be an additional product which would be added to your device to help people develop train the breath so they can tolerate the slower breathing pattern.

I am really loving using my Heartspace tracker to become more aware of my breathing! I have a tendency to breathe shallow so the visual really helps me be more mindful of filling my lungs tight up with each breath. I feel so much calmer and more centred after a session, and it only takes a few minutes each day to notice a difference. Definitely recommend this product!
